After 40 years of following our Lord and being involved in Christian leadership roles, I bring a seasoned, highly experienced Christian perspective to coaching leaders. I understand the responsibilities and pressures of leadership and zero in very quickly to deal with what matters.

Coaching Background

I am President and Senior Coach of executive coaching firm, G.E.Wood and Associates. I am one of only a small handful of accredited Certified Master Christian Coaches, also a fully credentialed Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

I also am an adjunct faculty member for Professional Christian Coaching Institute, an organization training people to become professional coaches. Additionally, I am a founding partner in Christian Coaching Business Mentors, training and mentoring existing coaches to build solid business platforms from which to carry on their coaching.

Since becoming a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ in 1971, I have had the privilege to begin and carry on business, teach the Scriptures, plant a church, serve as Executive Director of a successful Christian nonprofit and many similar experiences.

I have been able to teach and work with thousands of young men and women (today's emerging and growing leaders), adults and families. Through all of these many years or work and responsibility, the Lord prepared and positioned me to provide Christian Executive Coaching to leaders and executives like yourself.
