Gary Wood established G.E.Wood and Associates, in 1998, to coach leaders in faith-based organizations across United States and Canada.

Gary became noted for his winsome style and his ability to zero in and talk straight to the issues. Word spread and demand for coaching services grew rapidly to include corporate, government, small business, nonprofit and community leaders as well.
