Facing Burnout - Where to Start

You're facing burnout. That means you're probably experiencing some significant stress right now. And if that's the case, I'm glad that you've decided to get everything you can from this website and the resources we offer you.

To make any progress avoiding burnout, here is where you need to start.

I'm going to give you a blueprint for moving forward. Staying in the same situation you're in now simply is not an option. Stress is cumulative. You need to face it head on and deal with causes.

Here are three things you need to work on, beginning today:

1 Acknowledge that you do have a problem

2 Set a new standard for yourself to live and work differently from today forward

3 Be willing to do whatever it takes to implement that new standard for yourself.

Just three first steps. Until you master those, you won't move forward.

Do you see where victory will be gained in each of these three steps? Acknowledging, setting new standards, willingness? They all begin in your thinking. In your mind. This is always the place to start when coping with stress.

When you understand and acknowledge your situation, setting a new standard for yourself and knowing deep down that you have a willingness to finally do what ever it takes to implement that standard, you'll be well on your way to success.

We guarantee you'll go well beyond simply coping with job burnout to become a re-energized professional.

Of course we can help, but the starting point is right in your own head.

Share Your Experience with Burnout.

We'd like to hear your experiences dealing with burnout. Your insights may be helpful to someone else. What happened (briefly)? What do you feel were the contributing factors? How did you deal with burnout? What tips would you give to help others with avoiding burnout?
