As you can imagine, our emphasis is on Preventing Burnout in the first place. But if you or a high contribution individual in your organization is experiencing burnout we follow a three part path. - First we help you find and implement an immediate Resolution to what is happening, so we can reduce the intensity you are experiencing and get some space to work on solutions.
- Next, we move you through a period of Transition as you put in place new strategies for moving forward.
