Leadership Team Coaching

We provide leadership team coaching for corporate and nonprofit organizations. This may involve a board, leadership team, management or some other critical-function team.

  1. Coaching and team building is first thoroughly discussed and detailed with the leadership to determine the organizational outcomes that are desired. This point is crucial. If you are not clear about what you wish to achieve, you will not get there, no matter what the makeup of your group is.

    The willingness of individuals to be a part of a coaching initiative is vital. Ownership and commitment translates into accelerated forward movement. Often there is some initial reluctance or hesitation on the part of some. Once they experience the benefits of coaching that usually quickly evaporates.

  2. Each individual will walk through a process of determining their own Personal Development Plan, PDP as it relates to organizational goals and personal objectives. Obviously when those two are in alignment, powerful results can be realized.

  3. We have the participants carefully and continuously track and report progress. This means that there is frequent communication taking place between participants and leadership which enhances the chances of success. The tracking worksheets we provide create talking points, so everyone knows exactly where they are at.

  4. We hold calls with both the individuals and the group. The individual calls provide specific coaching for the leader involved. The group calls facilitate team thinking, attitudes and interaction as it focuses and works together to reach the outcomes the organization has deemed to be important.

We will walk you through the process in a well-paced manner that is designed to achieve common outcomes that will serve the individual leaders and the purposes of the organization.
