Addressing Stress Management and
Burnout in Leaders and Executives

We have years of experience addressing stress management and burnout with highly committed decision-makers carrying major responsibilities.

Our Philosophy

There is a continuum of rising distress which moves from stress to overload to burnout. What leaders most often refer to in general conversation as burnout is probably overload - an increasingly burdensome demand for the personal resources available to deal with it.

Real clinical burnout may require other professional intervention. What is commonly referred to as burnout can be addressed by working with us. We have the expertise in this specialized area of leadership but you will have to make the decision to take a hard look at yourself and your situation and do what it takes to implement the changes that may be needed.

Our Approach

Our approach is two-fold.

  1. Prevention - Stop the chain of thinking, attitudes and actions that lead to burnout in the first place.

  2. Proactive Intervention

  • Resolution - Address the immediate situation and introduce hope, a plan and first steps.
  • Transition - Begin moving to new thinking, habits and strategies that serve the client better.
  • Continuity - Ensure that new patterns are locked in decisively and permanently.

Dealing with Stress Management and Burnout

Your Next Steps

First determine that you will do whatever it takes to change the current situation. Unless you are intentional, there will be no change.

Then contact us as you would for any other coaching engagement. Use the contact form form on this site or call 705.687.2711.

We'll have an initial conversation and determine how we best may be able to assist you. There is hope. Things can change, and if you apply your thinking, will and actions to implement solutions, your situation will be vastly different in a short period of time.
